At Stack & Style, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- In case of late or missing refunds, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@stackandstyle.store
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
